Yeah lol but not properly.

I was worried about my carbs but Built told me it wasn't a problem. If I wanna go to 500 it's not a problem, same for protein. Today should be ok!
 
I know Digital it was the first day. But Today I think I did pretty good!

I just realize that I need to eat vegetable and not only pasta!

I 'll see If I continue to gain weight quickly as now. If yes I 'll reduce my calories.
 
Yes it really seems like you eat way too many carbs and not enough protein. Especially if you want to build muscle! You should eat more protein and/or take whey protein before and after you workout to help your muscles repair and build faster!
