Benadryl linked to alzheimers and dementia

I've been telling people for years benedryl is no good. Now that there are better alternatives like claratin and zyrtec. Fuck benedryl. 1 benedryl pill made me feel like jello.

For reals. I think the article says that even new generation antihistamines have similar effects although to a lesser extent. (Claritin). I do the Buteyko breathing method and it completely fixed my stuffy nose. Good luck John http://www.sterlingchiropractortherapy.com

Then combine that with the tren alzheimers link. who hasnt taken benadryl to counter trensomnia?

All i know is, the neighbors have been stealing my mail. And im suddenly enjoying matlock re runs.

Can you explain this bukakke breathing a little more in detail please?

Buteyko method is a way to retrain your breathing. Developed and useful for asthmatics and apnea, it is also been helpful in reducing stuffy noses. You can find alot of good stuff online and youtube videos but the skinny is that you basically only breath through your nose and then do exercises to get a little air hungry (while breathing through your nose). This enhances no2 production and ups your co2 retention which can increase your oxygenation. They also do a nose clearing procedure which works in tandem with your other exercises. They do a test called a controlled pause which is a pretty cool way to det er mine if the therapy may work. Best of luck John www.sterlingchiropractortherapy.com
