when I try to lift a lot of weight on my bench, i end up hurting my shoulder, like i pulled it or something. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanx!
Could be a number of things! One could be a inpingement! Does it stay sore for a few days? One thing for sure, don't over do it till you find out what is bugging you! Maybe try a orthopedic doctor!
dude i have the same problem do not push your shoulder at all try to go with lighter bench. My shoulder was in such pain when i was working chest out that i couldnt even do push-ups try to not do chest for a week or two or the pain will get much worse
at a young age, this is something i would consider having a doc look at like dg806 said. i see you said ''lift alot'' are you trying to max out. what is your lifting rountine right now??
i little guy still but i was maxing like a stupid amateaur and waht i taught my self by hurting my shoulder was to SLOWly build my strength .. was imjured to the point where when i was benching one arm went up and the other wouldnt...now still fell pain somthimes no mroe heavy lifting for me
