At the moment I am alternating between wide grip (hands as wide as possible on the bar), and hands at normal position (about shoulder width). I feel sure this gives a slightly more varied workout to the chest than using the same grip position each workout. On the wide grip I can feel a kind of "nice" burning feeling on the outer areas of the pecs as I come down with the bar. At normal grip position I feel it more on the arms.
Who else likes the wide grip?
