Had a nice session yesterday. Keep rest low and reps high. did a bunch of triple sets of seated barbell press/side laterals/rear raises.

then went and did hammer strength shrugs and more rear raises. Im really focusing on my posterior delts, because I want that capped look to my delts.

did 1/2 of interval cardio.
15 mins on elliptical, 5 minutes on rec bike, 5 minutes on treadmill. Speeds and inclines varied throughout.

Threw in a couple of sets of face pulls, and then some decline sit-ups. Is it bad that after sit-ups, when I bent over, my abs felt like they became dislocated lol. I had a bad cramp every time I bent over, and then when I stood up, it felt like my ab popped back in place hahaha

Tonight Im thinking about hitting an arm session, which I havent done in a while, and then legs on saturday.

today will be another low carb day. Ill have a cup of rice with some steak before I hit the gym. rest of my meals will be protein and fats.

why do people always say "one bite wont hurt you". I already cant stand that shit. We went out to eat for my sister in laws birthday at Red Robin. Everyone else got burgers, chicken, fries, and pop. I got 2 chicken breasts, salad, and water.

I asked my wife how her burger was, and she said "its good, try it" I said no, I cant eat shit like that, then the infamous line came, "one bite wont hurt you". grrrrrr lol

funny thing at the restaurant is when I ordered, the waitress asked me if I wanted 1 chicken breast or 2. In my head I was thinking "look at me, do you think one chicken breast and a salad is going to do the job" lol

My good friend who has been helping me out suggested I throw a curve ball at my diet tomorrow. All other meals will be the same, but meal one will include pancakes, syrup, eggs, fruit, cereal, etc. Im kind of looking forward to some tasty pancakes, but not the bloat Im going to have after

You've been given a great opportunity, but don't focus on the contest at hand, focus on your development, your drive, and everything that you aim to achieve with your physique.
