I completely forgot about Aldi's. We have one right down the road. I have some chicken and ground beef. Going to go to the store tomorrow and stock up on the basics, oats, rice, etc.

you ever try hitting just quads then hams on different day? i hit both in one day for legs but seems like i half ass my hams cuz im dead by the time i hit hams
 
Never tried that. the only way Ive ever did them is quads, hams, and calves altogether. This will be my first time splitting them up. We'll see how it goes.

Kept it short and sweet. Actually felt really good. Tried the 120's, those bitches are a chore to get going with when you have no spotter. with a spotter to assist me on the first rep out of the hole, I could probably get at least 8. Again, these are just the highlights...

Flat DB Bench:
110's x 12 PR
120's x 6 PR

Incline BB Press:
185 x 10(no biggie, can hit more if I do them first)

Flye Machine:
295(stack) x 10 PR

Pushdowns:
205(stack) x 14 PR

Cardio: 45 mins total
15 minutes intervals on bike
15 minutes 3mph @ 6% incline on treadmill
15 minutes intervals on the elliptical

Heard some guy behind me saying "thats some heavy shit" while I was psyching up for the db's. In my head I was like "thats right bitch!" haha

within 2-3 weeks Ill rep out the 125's for 8-10. then Ill have to go back to barbell bench, because the db's wont be enough. awesome!
