Shit age has nothing to do with it! At this point another week is not going to put any more size or definition anyway. Its about fine tuning, so cardio and diet is a big deal the last week.

I sold all my weights a couple months ago :/
Have some bands though! Super gay lol. Going to figure some stuff out with bands, probably a bunch of high rep, fast pace stuff. Going to do some shoulders with it tonight.

I'll throw my wife over my shoulders and so some high rep squats. My son weighs about 25lbs, I could curl him in each hand 25x or so. Deadlift my dog. I got this lol

Eating right around 1k cals this week. Will it work? We'll find out soon lol. Today I had 2 special k bars, a bowl of deer stew and a couple pieces of candy(blame my son lol)

Miserable the last couple of days. Starving to get a little more weight loss. This has been a fun ride for me, my life has done a complete 180 in all facets and I couldn't be happier. Even if I don't win, I'm still satisfied, and this is only the beginning. I'm not going to talk myself up like some of the others. I will post pics and let the cards fall where they may.

Yeah, its a ton of work to make the changes everyone has. I need to keep some of my conditioning and not go back to my crappy diet. LOL!

I am so spent that I'm not sure I can push much longer. I need to schedule a week off to recover before I make any decisions on which direction I want to go after this challenge.

btw, I'm so low carb/fat that I feel a bit spaced out. Probably doesn't help I'm off testosterone now either.
