I have to concur with the T-mag and Planet Muscle. Those mags tell you what to do, why your doing it, and then give you the scientific support that the ideas come from. I used to dislike Muscular development, but I am going to assume it has changed since I read it because I would trust most of the guys here who have recommended it.

Try it out again, Dunc or I mean Dale Mabry.... I read it front to back!

I'm glad someone also added Planet Muscle by Everson! good mag.... needs more articles though.

oh yeah... how could I not forget! I like his bible section! ;)

I have to admit...that part cracks me up!!!

Testosterone is the only one with any credibility at all - and even it I would say is biased in terms of the product line associated with it (although Biotest makes fine products).

Go to www.kingsports.net or www.getbuffed.com and order yourself one of Ian Kings books. He'll completely change the way you view everything in terms of training.

T mag is good but still has allot of "theory" in it, but I do love it. The journals from the ACSM and NSCA are probally the most acurate and truthfull. They are more aimed at atheletes and not bobybuilders unfortunatally.

I gotta agree about Ian King! He, along with Charles Poliquin, Paul Chek, Jerry Telle, and Charles Staley, are among some of the most prolific thinkers in the industry.
