im 16 and have been going to the gym daily,either for cardio or weights. ive already lost 25 pounds, but the last 20 are proving to pose a problem
i was wondering what the best cardio workouts/supplemtns i could use to help me lose weight safely. are supplements like lipo-6,hydroxy cut,thermalean and Rev safe for a 16 year old? and are they available in canada? also, what are EFA's and can i use them for weight loss? thanks alot all.
