Right now I'm bulking and I'm 19 yrs. old, 6'0 and 184 pounds. I'm re-working my PWO shake based on the ingredients I have in my house. If you had these ingredients, which ones would you choose, and how much of each?

oatmeal
bananas
dextrose
whey

Also, would the shake change at all if I said I gained fat easily?

Firstly - what about milk?

If you are bulking, young and male - I would do a combination of all three carbs + whey... I would also add skim milk in as well.

How much: Enough to get ~0.5g carbs/pound and ~0.25g protein/pound.

Emma beat me to it, but I was going to say why not use them all? Follow the ratio that Emma gave as best as you can. If you gain fat easily, maybe take out the dextrose all together, as I have heard insulin spiking can lead to faster fat gains. I have also read that insulin spiking does not work well for a lot of people, so it may just be an individual preference thing.
