Best place for noobie to start pinning?

Been reading some threads on various boards about PIP....man I had no idea pinning could cause so much discomfort ....golf ball sized lumps in your muscles and what not. Lol

If it's just part of the game then so be it. Just wondering what advice experienced people can give on this matter as far as best muscles to pin to avoid PIP.

Also as a side question....I'm assuming that after a while this problem stops happening? Like for guys on TRT, I assume they aren't walking around in pain constantly otherwise I imagine that would get old real fast
 
Your body will adjust to the fascia stretching and the solvents within. If injecting 2 mls at once EW hurts, try splitting the shots into 2 seperate shots.

Things to keep in mind:

The amount of oil, the speed of the injection, the depth of the needle, the type of gear, the ratio of solvents and the virginity of the muscle all play a role in pip.

Your body will get use to it in time though.

P.s. i started in glutes.
 
i prefer ventro glute and front quad shots.

recently have been warming the oil by putting vial in a plastic bag or saran wrap & let it submerge under water for some seconds.

also, been taking/counting 25 secs to fully inject all the oil.

I started in my quads.
 
Just pin it and get use to it. No other way. No science and deal with the pain. Start out with only pinning 1 cc at a time and go from there. I don't pin my gluts at all only pin 3 spots on each quad and shoulders. Will start pinning chest though perhaps.

I was thinking quads would be where I'd start because it's easier to access.

Are quads known for having the worst pip? I keep hearing different opinions
 
your gonna get some pip until your muscles get used to it, i started with glutes cause i was only doing 2 shots a week(test e). 2nd cycle was prop and tren ace eod, had to start using quads to help rotate sights.
 
i find it easier to pin quads. 25g 1 inch stick. I prefere to pin upper close to the hip less pip for me but i rotate from upper outer, inner and lower. Pip for me is all ways there on my quads but i have gotten use to it. Normally when I do squats my first two sets I can feel every spot where i injected. I foam roll allot to that helps the fascia.

Instill haven't touched quads. Shit I pinned tris and pecs before I even thought about quads. Glutes are by far the easiest for me tho followed by delts. I'm going to have to try quads soon tho because of scar tissue. I can't even hit my right delt anymore
 
Some people say that quads are a breeze. I'm in that boat. Some people can't even go near their quads with a pin.

Just try and see. Realize that virgin muscle is going to hurt no matter where.
 
calves,abs,bi's tri's. bwahaha just kidding start with quads or glutes.
 
I started with glutes, and now I do quads and delts, I used to do pecs till I kept hitting nerves so I said fuck it and stopped with the pecs.
 
Had pip for about 4 or 5 pins. Now I don't even feel it. There is truth as far as I'm concerned about virgin muscle and your body getting used to it.

Quads can give me a kick every now n then. No issue with delts or glutes.
 
So far from what I get with this thread, is when we started we all liked it... In the butt

Shit I just pinned my quads first...it's all gonna hurt so just start some where
 
Ass #1, delts or quads #2. I never got quads to work for me, but many do.
 
Quads and glutes only for me.
