Best time for Cardio?

Would it be better to do my Cardio in the morning before work or should I do it at my lunch hour. At the present time I am trying to get rid of my extra fat around the waist :( and was wondering which time would be better, if it is in the morning should I eat before or not?:confused:
 
Everyone has a different opinion on this. I have done it both ways and did not experience a big diff in fat loss.

The best time to do cardio is when you can STICK to the schedule;)
 
BTW cardio will not give you abs. Abs are made in the kitchen and a good diet will help show your abs.
 
Leslie, have I ever told you I love YOUR abs... now would you get in the damn kitchen and cook me something??!!!
 
I know that abs are made in the kitchen and i am cuting at this moment as well. I just have herd so many different people say different things i was just wondering what everyone on this board had to say.
 
I've always been told the best time for cardio is in the AM when you first wake up with a little bit of prtein in you. Just take a small shake and go for it. Or rite after your lifting. These are supposedly the two best times to do cardio for prime fat loss.
