Your PCT supps will have a large effect on keeping your gains as well. I may wait an extra month before starting your cut, cutting tends to lower testosterone. The month of PCT is meant to bring you back to homeostasis, you're far from homestasis once you get off cycle and you're not automatically back to homeostasis once you start your PCT. You're probably closing in on homeostasis around week 3 of PCT, into week 4.
Therefore, you probably want to stay in homeostasis for at least a month before potentially lowering your natural test production from the decreased kcals and cardio involved in cutting.
