best workout for the pecs

I start with incline presses (barbell) and then move to decline (barbell) and then work the pec deck, and my chest has never looked this good, ever.

What rep range do you work in. And how many sets and time in-between? I've recently started with Incline also, really need it.

Incline 8 down to 4, decline 8-10, pec deck 8-10. I do 7 sets of incline, 4 decline, and 2 on the deck, feel free to reduce the incline if you wish... I use 1:20 on the stopwatch (works to about 90 seconds) for everything but legs (squats only), and back day (deads only).

Are you keeping the weight about the same? When I have 1:30 between sets I can't do the same amount of weight for the same amount of reps.

I like both BB and DB incline bench. Why not do both? Without a doubt (in my mind) the BB is better for putting on mass. But DBs, talk about working the stablizing muscles.

In my gym the decline bench is fairly popular. I think one of the most underrated chest exercises is the good ole push-up. Ever try weighted push-ups? Have someone put a 45 or so on your back and go to failure.

I once heard that the best exercises for growth are the ones where you move your torso through space instead of just moving the extremities. Sounds weird until you realize this would mean movements like squats, hack squats, deadlifts, power cleans, chins, dips and....weighted push-ups.

With about 90 second rest periods I lose about 1 rep between every set, I start with 235-245 on the incline and work down to 205.
