i think you are having way to much fun with your workouts. just add 20 lbs. to all your exercises and go for it. really it works.
....that's not too far off what I have been doing so far.
Noticed, you've made a great start, and you won't regret it. I'm doing the heaviest lifts, almost across the board that I've ever done. The low volume/ super heavy day is fun. Does go against my volume^45million philosophy though.danzik said:Hows Week 3 working out for you?
