my front delts peak higher than my biceps because i have long arms and i was wondering what exercises will increase the peak on my biceps

You can't "increase the peak" so to speak on your biceps (hey, that rhymes).

Peak is genetic.

I used to have the same problem, bro, where my front delts overpowered my biceps. This was due to improper biceps training for years. You need to lower the weight and make sure you are squeezing the weight up with your bi's on whatever ex. you're doing, and they'll be sure to grow. (....try FLEX curls)

Are Flex curls all in this statement above or are you gonna post the flex curl routine. I'd be interested in seeing it FLEX

Try spider curls. Use the preacher pad thing backwards. Have your arms hang down perpendicular to the floor. Pull your arms up fully, being sure to get the complete ROM. You basically can't cheat and it's a great isolator.
