When i'm working my biceps, doing curls and such....i can feel it somewhat in my shoulders too...after about my second set it becomes more "noticable"...i try my hardest to lift it with my bicep and not to toss it up with my whole arm, but i still feel it. is it normal to feel any kind of pump in your shoulder while doing biceps? or what?

Here are something that might help:

dont allowing anything to rotate but the elbow.

arms by your side

use a BB

dont allow your back to help you throw the weight forward.

if all else fails

use a machine

its all in the form..

And if you can't get perfect form try using less weight. Less weight and good form is better than lot's of weight and poor form.

pin the elbows near the sides. dont make it totally tight. but leave the elbows near the side to work the bicep more.
