I hate doing double bicep poses because, hehe, my arms are small as hell
Nah seriously though, when I flex my right bicep, It is bigger than the left (which I have no prob with) but I can feel the pump of it popping out. However, whenever I flex my left bicep, I can HARDLY feel that it's there. No pump, no senasation, nothing.
Any idea how do make the pump better? Will exercises like reverse curls do the trick?
