yes 20 is not good enough and 22 is too much

hehe today is arm day and yes......you guessed it right!! time to do some 21's

Not sure why but I always find my best arm workouts are when I do Bi's and Tri's together, one set of bi's, 15 seconds then one set of tri's. 6 sets of each and done. :)

I like doing bis and tris on the same day. I do a set of bis immediately followed by one for triceps and then rest. I do a total of 9 sets for each which is a bit more volume than I had been doing for arms. But at the moment it seems change and increased volume is working well.

it's a shame that with all of the resources and information that is available you choose to remain ignorant in your training. :)

Dude i am only 18 and i am very close to you in size. How old are you? Around 30 i bet...Theres time for me to learn....NOW IS THE TIME TO GROW!!

Do you have a poster of a bodybuilder on your bedroom wall that you use for a mirror?

Haha very funny

wait till u see my pics next month

Haha, just jestin'.

But seriously though, being similar in size to Prince ain't nothing to broadcast to the masses.

Oh, and challenging the admin of a board on his own site ain't exactly a sensible thing to do. Your IQ must be inversely proportional to your ego.

It would be more sensible to learn how to grow first, otherwise you will waste a lot of time and energy doing things wrong and in your case overtraining.

I am NOT overtrained, never was and i hope never will be

i do its such a pain to bring the notebook and pen in the gym with me though. i feel like a geek, but it kinda gives me extra motivation during my next workout to beat what i did before

I always take my training log to the gym.

I find it inexpendable.

And you really shouldn't care what other people think of you. Wear a hooded top if it helps and just block them all out.

The only thing i might be doing wrong is the fact that i never dead lift, i did it for like a month and i saw absolutely no result just a waste of time, i dont think i am useing the proper form so i stoped doing those, but other than that i think my routine is perfect for me

Me either.

Just stiffs on leg day. Not so much for hamstrings as much for lower back strength. Keeping it strong aids my squats greatly.

I'd be interested in hearing how 21's differ in effect compared to 21 straight reps.

Or why people do them as opposed to 21 straight reps.

Or where this magic number, 21 actually came from. Is 20 not as good? Is 22 too much?

If I do 21's its normally as a burn out set and last.. Nothing more than that.. ;)
