How about this one: Using the given equation solve for the friction factor(f) of a turbulent flowing liquid through a pipe. Diameter = .02m, roughness coeffecient(e) = .000015m, Reynold's number = 6.829*10^4.

Here's the equation:

All the numbers are given so all you have to solve is a single equation. Let me know what method you used and what units the answer is in.

Weird, mister 'Americans are bad at math' seems to have conveniently forgotten this thread.

I have better things to do then your physics homework, that only happens if the person has a pair of tits and that ain't you.. knowledge of fluid dynamics serves no purpose in my life and can not benefit me in anyway therefore I do not study it.

if your not in R&D which you probably aren't then you probably use what the same what 5-10 equations over and over...and did you go to school for this or self learn?

All in all this is a non issue. Yes he spends a lot traveling around. Yes other VP's in the past have spent just as much or more.

Why? When you are VP it becomes very important to be safe no matter what party you belong to. When Biden was just a lowly senator he rode the train back and forth everyday with other commuters.

Love the President and Vice President or hate them makes no difference. This country cannot afford to be lax with the security of its leaders and it is just plain expensive. I dislike Obuma, hated Bush and Cheney but Biden, I may not like his politics but I like him more than the others listed here.

I would much rather see articles on the real waste in government. There is plenty of it.

Bullshit, this is a single equation where I gave you all but one variable. It doesn't matter what your area of study is. It's a lower level math problem. Better things to do? Yeah right, like a 800 word rant about how Thomas Jefferson was an alien... and how Americans are bad at math. Keep talking shit you can't back up, that's your typical M.O.

answering your math question regardless of how simple it is...isn't important to me so why would I give you any pleasure in doing that. how many times have you answered any of the dozen's of question I have asked of you? zero...

Presentation of the PISA 2010 Results

"So, this is the main message from PISA: stay ambitious; work harder to reach your full potential, no matter how you come out in the picture.

Where does the United States stand in all this?

Overall, the U.S. comes out as an average performer in reading (rank 14 in OECD) and science (rank 17) but the U.S. drops below the OECD average in mathematics (rank 25). Also, there is a very wide gap between the top 10% and the bottom 10% of 15-year olds in the U.S, similar to that observed between top and bottom performing PISA countries.

Unlike most other federal nations, the U.S. does not yet collect PISA data for individual States, but we understand that there are important regional differences in performance."

25 out of 34 would you call that good? that's the lower 25% which blows....

Good attempt at spinning that.

Whether Americans are actually bad at math has nothing to do with my posts in this thread but you're too simple to see that. It's kinda sad you went on to post those stats.
