Hey guys just wondering if it is better to eat smaller breakfasts or bigger ones......I always seem to eat a lot of food at breakfast because I wake up hungry....i've heard that it is probably better to eat smaller breakfasts but right now im trying to bulk so maybe its ok. Heres what I usually eat for breakfast:
eggs w/ ketchup
banana
bowl of oatmeal
bowl of cheerios w/ skim milk
wheat bagel sometimes w/ cream cheese
and a muffin
Just let me know what you think of this diet. Is this okay for someone who is on a bulk to eat? thanks for your help guys.
