Big Forearms

Hey I'm trying to work on my forearms. Specificly i'm trying to hit the muscle that helps your biceps pull, (do a reserve grip pull-up and you'll know what muscle i'm talking about).

Anyways, you guy know of any good exercises that target the muscle? The reserve grip pullup seems to be the only thing that works for me.
 
Biceps ARE the muscle that contract the arm, your forearms contract and extend the fingers.
 
Have you tried plate pinches? Those seem to work good for me.
 
Direct work like wrist curls/extentions and the aforementioned plate pinches are going to work better than indirect work like chinups.
 
Hammer curls and reverse curls are good to do also.
 
I do hammers to try and hit the brach anyway ;)
