Hey I'm trying to work on my forearms. Specificly i'm trying to hit the muscle that helps your biceps pull, (do a reserve grip pull-up and you'll know what muscle i'm talking about).
Anyways, you guy know of any good exercises that target the muscle? The reserve grip pullup seems to be the only thing that works for me.
