Billboard Music Award Nominations: Cardi B, Drake and Post Malone Score Big
Cardi B did so well with this morning's nominations, she's up against herself in a couple categories!
If these nominations are any indication, the 2019 Billboard Music Awards will be one can't-miss event.
Cardi B was the clear winner this morning, with 21 nominations -- including double nominations in three different categories. Following close behind her were Drake and Post Malone with 17 each, Travis Scott with 12 and XXXTENTACION with 10 posthumous nominations.
Ariana Grande pulled in 9 noms and, while BTS is trending big time on Twitter, the group is up for two awards -- including their first nom outside of a social category. We can safely call it now: They'll still probably win Top Social Artist, for the third year in a row.
The 2019 Billboard Music Awards will broadcast from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Wednesday, May 1 at 8pm on NBC.
