Biological Value

My queston is how can a portein mainly whey can be over 100 is not biological Value the amout of protein retained and it being over 100% is physicaly impossible.. ant it...

To say 110% or something to that effect is one of my most hated quotes.....its said by people who usually have never given more than 70% at anything in their entire life's. As for protein it is complete bull shit.....or some lame marketing attempt

thanks Gordo that really help and there is a sumup form that arrtical that answers my queston "When a protein supplement is listed as having a BV over 100, the company has intentionally manipulated the number for marketing purposes or unintentionally confused BV with another method of rating protein quality."
