Blood donation Yes-No?

Could, or should a wife donate blood if her partner is useing UGL gear ? Any risk of disease such as Menegitis or the like ?

If she meets the qualifications to be an eligible donor then no problem due to that.

Just donated blood two weeks ago and am on a heavy cycle. I heard the guy they gave it to was a 140 pd dude who blew up to 180 short after receiving it. All joking aside you should be fine.

How often should you donate if you do so? I am looking to get on my first cycle later this year and have read some things about blood donations being a smart thing to do.

I donate every two months. It is good for hematocrit, and rbc
