I`m 22yrs old and have very low energy, fatique, bad sleeping paterns, nonexistance moorning wood, etc... but i can get erections during day which are not very regular.I went to endo and he said that i should get blood work done. Here are my results: Blood test done at 9:20 a.m.

FSH 0.641 mlU/ml (0.7 - 11.1) WTF!!!
LH 6.92 mlU/ml (0.8 - 7.6)
Prolactin 358 mlU/l (53 - 360)
Estradiol 69.7 pg/ml (0 - 56) ,again WTF !!!
Testosterone 8.39 ng/ml (2.8 - 8)
SHBG 46.9 nmol/l (13 - 71 )
IGF1 330 ng/mol (116-358 for 21-25 age)
FT4 18.95 pmol/l (12 - 22)
TSH 1.34 microIU/ml (0.4 - 4 )
Vitamin D 22.48 nmol/l ( optimal 75 - 250) , I`m in deficit.

Other blood results were good exept that I`m low in pottasium so I must repeat test for it, and I have liver bilirubin little above upper range.
Doctor gave me Vitamin D supplements. Before one year my prolactin was elevated a lil bit.
What`s up with my FSH and Estradiol levels? Lol at my endo said that those levels are normal even if they are not in the reference range (notsureifsrs) . I`m not fat (around 13-14% bf), tend to store fat on lower body.
I can grow beard, have body hair, 6''3' tall but skinny. I also went to urologist ( before endo) and diagnosed with varicocella grade 3/4 and he said that only way to cure it is through surgery.Urologist doesnt know my blood work results. Should i visit another endo or show results to my urologist( I think he will said the same as endo). Can varicocella affect hormonal levels, or I just have high aromatisation (I dont know how it is possible if I`m not fat),or bad sleeping pattern. Also to mention that I have never us steroids. I apologise if i made some mistakes in text, cause Engish is not my official language. Thanks for help and advice. :) Can this be pituitary or adrenal issue,or maybe liver.

Hey, I came back with my free T results and they are horrible, as I was thinking they will be.It`s 13.27 pg/ml ( 5.5-42).This is really weird and fucked up cause my total T is 8.39 ng/ml (2.8 - 8). According to my free T I`m not really far by being secondary hypogonadal. I have done electrolite analysis(maybe I`m in deficit in some of them) this morning, and tommorow I will definetely visit endo, and discuss with him about this.I just don`t know what to ask him cause I`m 100% sure he will say that everything is "completely normal".

Bump!!!!!! :coffee:

Try ultra male rx from ironmags (which has 4000 IU's of vitamin D) for higher test and/or 25mg of aromasin every 12 hours for 2 weeks.

Thanks for advice, endo gave me vitamin D suplements, but are you sure this is the issue with vitamin D deficiency, and I dont understand why I`m converting so much test to E2(I`m 13-14%bf according to bioelectrical impedance and 9% according to caliper but thats cause caliper measure your upper body and I tend to store most fat in my lower and at lovehandles). I know when you have high T you will have high E2 but my total T is not rocket high like I`m on steroids. Really weird. Can high conversion be genetically or something, like I have more aromatase then average guy.Is this even possible?

These really are questions for docs to look at. Nobody here is qualified to diagnose you. You should go to MESO Inc and seek the advice of Dr. Scally.

the literature is inconsistent but had a patient start drinking soy milk like crazy and his estrogen levels skyrocketed ( but i don't see this all the time in other vegetarian soy users), it also lowered his fsh. told him to stop, it got better. However, cow milk may not be all great either. My best friend is a large animal vet and will tell you they pump cows with female hormones and most likely it ends up in breast milk. Organic just means no pesticides, so not sure if organic milk will necessarily mean no exogenous hormone administration.

You are in Denmark so I don't think you guys use LabCorp or Quest. Labcorp lists a reference range of between 3-70 picogram/mL for estradiol while Quest states a reference range of between 10-50pcg/ml.
