is there difference in the two? what's the difference in lowering your body fat and losing weight? how would u go about lowering body fat versus losing weight?
Weight los means that you are losing weight, plain and simple. You could be losing body fat but you could also be losing muscle at the same time (something we never want to happen and fight to prevent).
Lossing body fat means just that....you are losing fat. Losing bodyfat does not always mean that you are losing weight however. If one diets properly or is just starting out on a program and is severly deconditioned they can be able to lose fat and maintain their bw for some time.
The way to go about it is get your diet in line and know your body. My goal whenver I diet is to stay as close to my starting weight ass possible and just lean out.
