I want to start this program. I am not nor have been on a regular fitness/diet regimen. Is the best way to go? There is a monetary commitment to this regimen. I don't know if I can purchase all the supplements.
Well, that's part of the reason they hold the contest, to get you to buy their supplements.
First of all supplements are not even necessary, so forget about that. The program can help a beginner that is just beginning a program, also it can help a person that needs motivation.
But you could set the same goals and follow a diet and exercise program without entering the Body for Life competition.
B4L is a good starter program but like Prince said, don't get caught up in all the supps, good food is all a begginer needs.
There's plenty of good ideas for food/training/ and goal setting in there.
