Hello everyone. I am going to start using an all bodyweight routine, and I thought that the experienced weight lifters here could give me a hand. I do not have access to weights, hence the "bodyweight" routine. Heres what I have so far...
Day 1
Pushups

Day 2
Rest

Day 3
Sit-ups

Day 4
Rest

Day 5
Pullups

This seems so incomplete feel free to correct me/ add to this/ anything is appreciated.
Thanks.

um i would try to find some weights, and how many pushups, pullup, and situps are you doing, to make an entire workout of them? If you can't use weights and are limited in that manner then i would adopt a routine of training that involves some form of martial arts to keep you in good shape.
Some other bodyweight exercises that you can do
Dips, Korean Jumping Jacks, Jump squats, one legged squats, chinups, triangle pushups.
I wouldn't expect great gains in muscle from all these exercises but they will be helpful for overall fitness

i think you could do everything you listed each day. just increase you # of sets and reps as the weeks go by.

Thanks aztec, what are Korean Jumping jacks and jump squats?

i'm not exactly sure but i think korean jumping jacks are when u jump up and make ur knees touch ur chest, i did alot of these when i took tykwando(cant spell worth shit), and when u do chin ups do do both palms in and palms out, i also like doing 1 arm push ups, i feel more pumped after doing 30repsx2sets of those than i do after doing bench presses
