I am new to your forum and am finding that the wealth of information and disinformation out there make my eyes glass over!

HAve worked out on and off, mostly off in the past 30 years, I probably hit the gym hard 5 times in that period of time..... I am 50 now and am on my 4th month of training and am slowly moving from an endurance fast pasced workout to more of a mass building work
I didnt do prohormones in the past times, we used to do dessicated liver tablets (before aminos were around) tons of red meat for creatine I presume, choline/inositol tabs, proteins, vit C and B til you peed deep yellow , lol....

did reversitol from Iforce for 1 cycle after first month of training and I thought I did well, (it is an anti-aromatiser I guess)....

(taking havoc now with that pink magic herbal test booster, just started it last week)...

I wa looking thru the bodybuilding books above and for some reason, this book was found at the one of the links yesterday:
Jekyll to Hyde: Extreme Muscle Transformation by Christian Thibaudeau

Includes everyti9hing I should know including how to cycle a years worth of anabolics and pro-anabolics...

the above link isnte the original I dont think but be it as it may, I sued to buy tons of bodybuilding books, magazines in past, I dont have the time to run thru all the disinformation ....

Is the above book and it's free books taht come with it worth my spending $87?

sort have been figuring that out, i was told by local guy at local nutritional store that I didnt have to pick up havoc, I could have gotten tons of better things from him, (tronger).... A friend had done havoc a few years ago and recommended it for a first cycle into prohomones, etc....

I am taking liver support, prostrate support as wll as an herbal test booster, (Pink Magic)....

Like I said, I want to try to do this right and havoc apeared to be a low risk product to start with a a first real cycle...

(maybe I was mislead??)
 
Let me rephrase my question, maybe it would be easier to ask this:

R there any bodybuilding books thatwould be exhaustive in information that you would use as a constant resource and that you own ?

The one I had mentioned above was something I saw under the anabolic steroids section because it also has mention of those things.... I have found out that the author prefers nutritional methods of 10-15% carbs and the rest split between proteins and fats having researched him more....
