Bodyfat Calipers

Whats your BF%?

18... i know a lil high. by goal by jan. is 13-10

I guess I will get one

I use the 'accu-measure' one. Cost about $20 online, non digital.. serves it's purpose well

Considering the simple nature that a caliper operates I dont think digital/analog would make much of a difference. I would prefer not having to replace batteries.

One sure way to increase your accuracy with a caliper is to have someone with experience do it for you, and on all of the suggested areas of the body instead of just one.

Then again, in most cases, consistancy is just as important as accuracy so as long as you measure the same way every time, and the degree of error is the same each time you will at least be able to determine which direction you are going in.

ah i c. how about the time of day/day and other factors they should also prob be the same as when you last measured to get the most accurate readings

At least nobody is jumping in here recommending one of those unreliable wal-mart BF% measuring bathroom scales. What a waste, and they usually run upwards of $80.. at least the few I glanced at shaking my head the other day

 i bought one about 1year ago lmao. its based on height and weight lol so not accurate at all

18?

man, if I we're you....i'd consider a major cutting phase. You arms would look sick.

nah man. atleast not right now anyways. i'm going towait till i get some more muscle and etc. then start cutting. maybe when i get up to 195-200. or something but i'm not gonna start cutting at the moment. someone told me before " why carve a litle statue out of a little tree" or something like that lol. but i'll just keep a nice clean diet and HIIT cardio a few times a week and wala lol.

most of the 'self-use' bf calipers have average accuracy levels at the best.

you should use the calipers more to determine fluctuations/trends in bf levels ie. show a decrease/increase each week - this will give you a good indication as to how you are responding and what modifications to your nutritional/exercise program are required.
