So, I got this book by Donlad Chu for x-mas. It is pretty small, about the size of Sports Power but only about 190 pages. I figured it would be good shitter reading material, but got stuck in an airport with nothing to do for 2 hours. I started reading it and didn't put it down until I finished it. Awesome, very thorough, and to the point. I think it should be re-titled complex training, because that is all it is about, and it is the best resource I have read to date on the subject. It covers the physiology behind complex training, repetitions, rest intervals, and has a chart showing the pairings of different resistance/plyo exercises. It also covers program design, periodization and the variables that determine rest interval, which is pretty much just training level. It gives sample workouts which is pretty cool, but after reading the previous chapters, you shouldn't need it.
On a scale of 1-10, it is a 10 based on everything else that is out on the subject.
