Bp??

98 over 64

semi resting heart rate of 63

walked up sat down and took it

nothing strenuis so probably not a big difference from resting

The last time I had mine checked (May of this year), I was 104 over 68 with a resting heart rate of 60. I've been lifting for 29 years. Doesn't seem to be a problem, now does it?

well... to me it seems that those who lift/run/care about their bodies seem to have some of the most amazing bp numbers...

i just got into "body building"/health about a year ago

for the most part i do calesthenics, but believe it or not ive cut my body fat and even started building muscle...

im not huge... but a year ago i wieghed 175 and had about 25%bf
no i weigh 165 and im at about 6%

i flex in front of a mirror every day... i love flexing my diaphram and watching my veins swell... i try not to take it too far... but honestly..
i have about the best BP right now, of anyone i think ive ever seen

Lifting raises your blood pressure during the activity, particularly if using the Valsalva maneuver. Anyone who suggest weight training chronically elevates your blood pressure is just spewing hearsay.
