Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I've always heard you should be off as long as your cycle was. So if I was on a 12 week cycle, I would take a 12 week break, before starting another.
Should I go by this? Or could it be shorter?

12 weeks AFTER pct. I take more time and use it to eat and train and not worry only about jumping back in.

Thanks dude. Maybe I shouldn't be so worried about it.
It's just that feeling, when ur on, that I love so much!

the conservative recommendation is time on + pct = time off.

what i cant blast orals for the whole year :mooh: f-it then i am out ........lol jk sounded like a good time to throw that in ....lol

more time off is always better than less time off as with everything ...and beside you want ur body to get use to all that new muscle so u can keep it

blood work will tell you if you've recovered.. I ran a 16 week cycle and am taking an 8 week break(after pct) I plan on trt in the future anyways... haha

I've only read much about dbol and anavar as effective bridges. You gotta keep the dose ultra low to not suppress LH/FSH though.

In order to successfully bridge between cycles (and this means using a low dose of AAS, in this case dbol), you need to recover your natural hormonal levels to pre-cycle levels or to within acceptable parameters, and then you start your next cycle. The idea here is that you won´t lose any gains, but rather a low dose of an AAS will help you maintain them. Typically, you´d use around 10mgs/day of dbol and combine it with an aggressive Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT) course of Nolvadex (and/or Clomid) and HCG. This would give you full androgen replacement from the Dbol and a shot at recovering your natural hormonal levels via the other stuff you are taking. Remember, the 100mg/day dose of dbol in the study we looked at earlier did not suppress Test, LH, or FSH to a degree that would make recovery impossible and certainly not with 1/10th that dose in conjunction with an aggressive PCT.

That being said, I don't see the point of bridging any more with the existence of good PCT, SARMS, IGF and HGH. If anything, cruise unless you're still young.

Thanks for all the feed back, guys!
After pct & a few weeks, I'll do blood work and see where I'm at...
