well i have a break coming up and i dont plan on having a hectic day for about a week. This means that i will be waking up at about 11 or 12 and not doing much work just sitting around and going to workout which is about 1 hour.
how much should i cut back on the calorie intake. right now i take in about 2200 a day. Thats when i wake up at 7 and go to school and work then workout and sleep at 11.
now i wont be doing anything. how much cals should i be cutting back on since i will be on my butt for a while?
im guessing i will have to cut back on meals since i will be waking up later so 3 meals a day and cut back on about 500 cals? because i will just be siting around.
