break coming up what do i do

well i have a break coming up and i dont plan on having a hectic day for about a week. This means that i will be waking up at about 11 or 12 and not doing much work just sitting around and going to workout which is about 1 hour.

how much should i cut back on the calorie intake. right now i take in about 2200 a day. Thats when i wake up at 7 and go to school and work then workout and sleep at 11.
now i wont be doing anything. how much cals should i be cutting back on since i will be on my butt for a while?

im guessing i will have to cut back on meals since i will be waking up later so 3 meals a day and cut back on about 500 cals? because i will just be siting around.

any advice would be helpful and thanks for your replies
 
I wouldn't cut back on the cals at all......A break is good, it is a good time to rest up. You grow when you are outside of the gym resting. I would eat my normal meals with the normal cals, workout and takeit easy. If getting all the meals in is a problem becuase you are waking up later than just make your other meals larger to accomodate your caloric needs (ie if you have 7meals a day at 300cals each for a total of 2100cals per day. If you wake up later and can only get in 5 meals then make them 420cals each). That is what i always do when I wake up late (which hasn't happened for a while unfortunatly)
 
I don't really know...but I have heard what P-funk said in here before.
