Hi. I've been liftin for about 5 mths now. I usually go 4-5 xs a week. And I am going up in weight. But since I started going up I have bruises on the underneath part of my forearm. Is this from lifting. One other thing I'm looking at a supplement called XtraLean by West pharm. This one has 20mg of Ephedrine. There is another one called Tight! It has no ephedrine. Any advice?
