At 78.5kg and 15.5% BF:
12.17g fat mass
66.33g lean mass

At 76.5kg and 16% BF:
12.24g fat mass
64.26g lean mass

It means you have gained: 0.07g fat mass
And you have lost: 2.07g lean mass

keep i mind that bf% will vary +/- 3-5% depending on what you measure with. DEXA is really the only accurate method so take it with a grain of salt.

DEXA? Is this the same as hydrostatic? Because hydrostatic is the most accurate.

alex, how much time in between the two bodyfat measurements? And what method were they done in?

DEXA = special 'x-ray' they do which can determine the difference densities of tissue in your body (it is also what they use to do bone mineral density scans on people at risk of osteoporosis).

It is pretty much the 'gold standard' in terms of getting your true BF% as it is not really effected by things like how much air you breathe out... or if you 'touch the sides of the tank' etc etc.

But it is $$ and it is only done at certain hospitals.
