Buffalo

I have read that buffalo is good. Anyone make it part of their diet or is it just too expensive. I would love to find an affordable place to get some.

It is kind of pricey, but I do enjoy some buffalo every now and then. Buffalo burgers are real good, or even buffalo tacos. Ill pick up the meat from Central Market or somewhere like that. Very lean protein.
