4 sets of good mornings - 10 @ 75 lbs. & 10 @ 65 lbs.
3 sets of standing calf machine - 20 @ 455 lbs.
3 sets of sitting calf machine - 20 @ 80 lbs. (alternating toes in, out, center)
3 sets of standing leg curl - 10 @ 60 lbs.
4 sets of squats - 10 @ 155 lbs.
3 sets of leg extension - 10 @ 80 lbs.
3 sets of leg press - 10 @ 250 lbs.
