hey guys. I have been working out for a couple of months and i feel like its taking way to long for me to get mass. I know being that ive never worked out before, its going to take some time, but damn, i dont have eternity. I am taking whey protein, but i will be incresing the intake to have atleast 150 or more grams a day, but my quetion sis this.... what other supplement can i take for mass? something that will help me get muscle faster, by still eating like i do now and working out liek i do . I will prolly work out a bit harder being that the new mass suplement will increat my energy... what do you guys rcomment. Im waitng mass, no roids orjuice, i want something i can buy at gmc or vitaminshoppe . thanks in advanced
 
You're going to increase your protein by 150 grams a day? How much are you getting already through diet and supplements? How much do you weigh? How many calories overall are you taking in every day? If you don't know, then that's your problem.

Probably the most bang for your buck besides a good protein powder is creatine. you can make your own weight gain shakes that would be far cheaper and better than the powders you can buy. Grind up a cup of oats, a banana, throw in 40-50g of some protein powder, some splenda and some natural peanut butter and you got a great weight gain shake.

I've had the same problem and to gain weight w/o roids, is to eat alot I mean alot. I eat 5 or 6 big meals a day alot of pasta and rbeads in my meals. If you dont have time to eat 5 or 6 meals a day eat 3 and use Meal replacement shakes the 3 other times. You can't gain weight w/o some fat so dont expect to get big, and not gain a little fat. But if you exercise won't be a big noticable amount of fat.
