Theoretically, in a ten week cycle (+2 weeks until PCT and +2 weeks of PCT), how would you split bulking and cutting? This is a minor cut of about 3-4%.
I though about using the last 3 weeks on cycle to cut, but then realized that test starts to have its best effects about 6 weeks in. How about two weeks of cutting 4 weeks in, and one week 8 weeks in? Is a week or two of cutting in the middle of a cycle beneficial?
I know cutting between cycle and PCT, and during PCT, and even a month or so after cycle is a very bad idea, so what're the options?
EDIT - would something leangains-style (IF) be effective? Eating like a pig a good amount over maintenance on workout days and 25% under maintenance on off days?
