I am 16 currently 70kgs and 5ft 9inch and am trying to decide whether i should bulk or cut? I already feel I have my mind made up but I just want to see what other people think...?? Also when trying to build muscle should I go for low reps with heavy weight (6reps x 3sets) or should I go with average enough weights with more reps just to get my muscles more defined first (12reps x 4sets) ?? Also does anyone know where I could get a bulking or cutting program made out for me online because my gym instructor is away on holidays for the next month? Cheers
