Bulk or cut?

Does anybody else feel like this or is it just me:
Every time I do a bulk cycle i end up also putting on fat too, so i get bummed out and decide to start cutting earlier than i would have liked to but then after a few weeks of cutting i notice that ive lost fat but also my arms look smaller and i feel slightly weaker so i get bummed out again and start this cycle over again. Does anyone else do this? Maybe i have some mental issues. Haha
 
Keep your protein high on all days when cutting to minimise any lean tissue loss. I'm doing leangains at the moment using their cutting numbers and I've dropped weight and bodyfat but my lifts have gone up.
