I have been at training and eating proper for two years. When I started I weighed 250 at 25% bodyfat. Now I weigh 240 at 15% bodyfat. I am following the Mass training book put out by flex now (I am on second phase of first program) It is talking about eating, eating, eating. Should I get bodyfat down before trying to bulk.The only part I am dissatisfied with is waist still got fat there raising bodyfat up. Mostly sides and lower back. My question is should I eat to get that gone before trying to bulk or eat and burn excess fat during the cut phase of program?
