Don´t you think that a long bulking phase may develop some eating disorder?

Sometimes I feel that I can consume 6000 calories with one bite.

I think a long "unclean" bulking phase could. That's how I put some of my weight back on and now it's hard to go back to eating as clean as I was used to.

I agree with rock, eating unclean for a long time could create an eating disorder. I have been off the gym for the past ~3 weeks (ill/injury) . i have begun to realise that it is quite a task to eat clean (e.g. boiled yam+boiled veggies+tuna), something that didnt bother me much when i was going to the gym regularly.

You can develop an eating disorder whether you are bulking, cutting or maintaining.

An eating disorder is about the thought processes/obessions and compulsions/actions surrounding foods and eating (and situations in which you eat) rather than how much you actually eat.

I don´t think there is a difference. Healthy or unhealthy.

Isn´t there physiological changes due to overeating and not eating enough? :bulb:

If i eat the same food item consecutively, i get sick of it. Which is why i use different sources for protein throughout the day.

That would work, but I'm too lazy to cook that many different things LOL.

I meant eating the same thing meal after meal after meal... surely you have been eating CC and Tuna meal after meal after meal for 6 years. ;)

Presently in a day my protein comes from:
meal#1 = protein powder
meal #2 = chicken (prepared dish)
meal#3 = deli sliced beef (sometimes chicken)
meal#4 = tuna
meal#5 = CC

Now, if i had chicken for most or all of those meals, i would surely be sick of it in a few days!
