bulking cycle review

i have run several cycles over the last four years, mostly with testosterone and trenbolone. I have seen great results.
my personal stats are,

6' 3"
220 lbs
6% body fat

arms- 18"
around shoulders- 50"
waist- 34"
thighs- 27"
calves- 17"

i want to get up to about 240-250. and stay lean. so any help would be great.

I am wanting to do a cycle using the following

Test Enanthate-------------- weeks 1-14 @ 300mg twice a week (mon/thurs)
Tren Acetate---------------- weeks 3-10 @ 120 mg three times a week (mon/wed/fri)
Nandrolone Phenypropionate-- weeks 3-10 @ 100 mg three times a week (mon/wed/fri)
Dianabol--------------------- weeks 1-5 @ 40 mg a day

clomid every day

i have never been prone to sides, i will have extra arimidex on hand just in case, but i will rely on clomid unless i need something more.

my diet is fairly simple,
i do about 7500 calories a day clean food.
no sugar
no fast food
no store bought juices or sodas or anything of that sort, i cook all my meals.
i do drink protein shakes in a pinch, but they arent just simple whey and water shakes. i do whole food shakes

for example: 1 scoop whey (25 grams)
3 jumbo eggs
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 a banana
1 tblsp raw dark cocoa powder
3 tblsp stevia
16 ounces water (milk makes me sick)

i will usually do a shake once a day, unless i randomly get hungry (which i usually eat before that happens soo....)

my other meals are pretty simple

2 whole grain bagels
10 egg whites (4 yolks)

2 cups whole wheat pasta
10 ounces lean ground beef
marinara sauce (ill add tomatoes, mushrooms, etc)

1 cup white rice
10 ounces grilled chicken breast
2 cups broccoli

whole food shake
(described above)

1 cup white rice
2 cups spinache
8 ounces salmon (with honey)

1 whole wheat pita
2 ounces swiss cheese
8 ounces chopped and grilled chicken breast

other things I will eat in between just to snack on throughout the day include

cottage cheese
low fat, sugar free yogurt

a bagel with peanut butter and a light protein shake (thats when im really low on time)

i am trying to always be eating, and i use a digestive aid (Engorge by Zero Limits) and (Organic India fiber and digestive aid blend.)

my training is as follows (this is for weeks 1-6, ill change it up for weeks 7-12)

mon- back (thickness) & biceps
tues- chest, shoulders, triceps
wed- legs and core (core includes tire flips, ball throws, jumping, sledghammers, dumbell cleans, etc)
thurs- back (width) & biceps
fri- shoulders & triceps
sat- chest and legs

i do hiit cardio to warm up before i lift (8-12 mins)
and abs on mon, tues, thurs, fri, sat

i really want to make the most of this cycle,
any advice on dosages, nutrition, training, and whether or not these compounds should work together would be greatly appreciated. also, im not sure what type of PCT to do after this cycle. so some help would be great. but please just help,i dont need anyone to be sarcastic or inappropriate. thanks.
