Ok so this is my diet ( on a good day (no food missing etc. This week hasnt been a good one. lol)
Morning
5-7 Egg Whites,
2 Cups of oats in a blender with milk, and berries ( dont have time sometimes to cook,)
Lunch is after gym As i have no protein supplement atm :\
2 Chicken Breasts
2X 50Gram cups of Brown Rice and Veggies (peas and corn.)
Then
Dinner
1X Chicken Breast and Vary foods from Sweet poatoto chips, normal chips, or Fried Rice (Brown rice, peas, diced ham, Corn kenals, and olive oil)
had Avocado pasta today (Wholegrain)
Later
1 Chicken Breast
(Shake)
1 Cup of Oats
1 Scoop of Gycload
1 Natural peanut butter
handful of berries (frozen)
Getting Muscle-juice Today so it should help,
The chicken breast is usely about 140gs lowest was about 120G's
im think im missing my carb intake?..
