Going with the pasta idea, I use a box of barilla plus pasta, a pound of 95% lean ground sirloin, a healthy/tomatoey marinara sauce and BAM!
You've got the best tasting, healthiest version of Pasta with meat sauce you can create.
I'm also a big proponent of baking chicken, making brown rice and then grilling onions/peppers/carrots (really, whatever vegetable you like) to place on top of the rice. I use a healthy sweet and sour sauce that really makes this meal delicious; mix ketch-up, mustard, light soy sauce and splenda.
Another quick go to, is making a pasta dish similar to the pasta fresca from Noodles and Company. Barilla plus pasta, grill some onions/spinach, throw some feta cheese in there (the amount depends on how anal you are about your diet), and then douse it in an olive oil based salad dressing; preferably one that's relatively sweet.
I also make a mean western style omelette with 2 whole eggs, 4 whites, and anything else I either A. have in my place or B. if I've gone to the store and planned ahead.
The best part about bulking for me is that everything doesn't have to be so completely bland.
