Need to post your info. Age, lifting program, diet, years lifting ect

It could just be water weight. Everybody is different. In any given day my weight spreads between 5-7 pds. Monday I'll be 256 then tuesday I'll be 249 then wednesday I'll be 253 and on and on...it's crazy.

In order to bulk right you need to do three things right and you'll grow right. They are 1) Lift, 2) Eat, 3) Rest.

Lift: Don't over do it. Train 3-5 times a week using the following lifts: squats, deadlifts, shoulder press, bench press, bb rows, pull-ups, chin-ups, rack-pulls (or shruggs). Don't waste too much (or any) energy on isolation exercises.

Eat: Keep upping your clean calorie intake by 300-500 cal extra daily on a weekly basis until you are getting the bulking results you are looking for. Resort to supplements if you are having a hard time consuming the calories you need. Keep track of your macronutrients and what you are putting in your body to some decent extent. 4000 cals daily of donuts is not a good bulk diet. High protein, carb and moderate essential fats is needed for you to grow.

Rest: Often overlooked but so often leaves people scratching their heads why they're not growing after putting in that "extra" effort in the gym by working out 6-7 times weekly. Try to get a good nights rest every night and as a general rule of thumb incorporate one full rest day for every workout day and you shouldn't over train.

Lastly, comparisons with others are the worst thing you can do to yourself and your motivation while lifting. Don't focus on how other people look and what they achieved but rather set goals for yourself and go for them on your own terms.

I gained from 67 to 74.4 currently you don't notice till you look at before photos

How many days was it from 152 to 157?

Were you cutting before the bulk? If you were on a calorie deficit before the bulk you might gain a few pounds (about 3-8) right away after starting a bulk from a cut. This is mostly water weight from all the added carbs to your diet not muscle. This initial weight increase will only last for the 1st week. After if clean bulking right you should be gaining about 1-2 pounds a week of solid mass with very little fat gains.

Another problem might have been the times you weigh yourself. To get the most accurate weight always weigh yourself as soon as you wake up after that morning piss. Don't even drink water before weighing yourself. After my 1st meal my weight will always fluctuate 3-5 lb durring the day.

The 5 pounds you gained is more than likley water weight. If it was clean muscle you would have noticed the difference.

Hope this helps

i gained a lot of weight fast when I started with creatine. like 5 instant pounds

it stopped as fast as it came, but it was great motivation from the start
